I was inspired to make my dream into reality with the support of my loving husband and kids. Being someone who loves being spoilt, I wanted to bring to Canberra what it was definitely missing.
At A Lavish Affair CBR, we believe every moment deserves a little extra magic. Specializing in custom balloon designs, we bring color, joy, and creativity to every celebration — from birthdays, Valentines, proposals or just because and everything in between.

Policy

Bookings
NOTE- we do not book the Hotel, apartment or any other venue for the client- the Client is responsible for the hotel booking and payments. we are not liable for any damages and lost belongings.
Please ensure the hotel is aware that you have booked our decoration services.​
Bookings will be confirmed once 50% deposit is received.
A 2-week notice is required for planning purposes.
A late fee will be incurred if Deposit is not received the tie frame.
Last minute bookings of a 1-week notice will be accepted but with a fee of $50.
Please allow us enough time to set up as each package has a different duration time.​​​​​​

Deposit and Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Booking will not be confirmed until a deposit is made.
​
All deposits are due at the time of the Booking.
​
The remaining balance will be due 24hrs before your booking Date.
​
Payments to be made via Bank transfer only.

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, you must tell us within 48hrs of the initial booking.
​
If you cancel your booking after 48hrs, we will not be able to refund the deposit but we will be able to offer the service on another date if suited.

Cleaning
​
Cleaning and disposal of rubbish is the client's responsibility.​
